After the celebration, the Jews chose some of the leaders of their clans from the different tribes to be in charge of the group going to Jerusalem, and each leader took along his wife, children, servants, and livestock. 2-3
King Darius sent 1,000 cavalry troops along for protection, and he also sent musicians playing drums and flutes. All the Jews were celebrating as the group left for Jerusalem.
